Anxiety Disorders

A group of mental health conditions characterized by excessive and persistent feelings of worry, fear, or anxiety that interfere with daily activities. Common types include Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

A mood disorder marked by persistent sadness, loss of interest in activities, and a range of emotional and physical symptoms, such as fatigue, changes in appetite, and difficulty concentrating. Symptoms must be present for at least two weeks to meet the diagnosis.

Bipolar Disorder

A mental health condition characterized by extreme mood swings, including episodes of mania (elevated mood, increased energy) and depression. These mood shifts can affect sleep, energy levels, behavior, and the ability to think clearly. The disorder is categorized into Bipolar I, Bipolar II, and Cyclothymic Disorder, based on the severity and duration of mood episodes.
